A cracking week of weather has given anglers the chance to reel in some cracking catches.
Kobi has been stalking some solid Black bream through our canal systems with fish up to 40 centimetres.
Steve and Jonno headed up into the hills in search of local trout, they were rewarded with some solid rainbows in near perfect conditions, look at that backdrop!
Brett, Tam and Hayden have all been enjoying the in-shore Pink Snapper action, with solid fish amongst them nudging 90 centimetres.
Austin has shown a bit of skill managing to catch a stonking King George on a jig.
Travis got amongst our local YellowFin Whiting in our estuary system. The warmer weather gets them active enough to hit lures.
Julie landed a super Break Sea cod out in 70 metres, still one of the tastiest fish in the sea.
Our junior anglers have been showing the way with super-sized local DhuFish. Hamlin and Jimbo both lead the way with some beauties. Jimbo’s fish nudging the 1 metre mark.
Chris has landed himself a cracking gummy shark to top off a great session on the water with his family. Wherever you get the chance to wet a line this weekend, as always, good luck, tight lines, and remember every day’s a good day for fishing.
